For the last 10 years, I have been the lead trainer /director for OnCourse. Have played a leading role in developing their courses into, probably, the best off road training courses, globally.

Previously, I managed mechanical workshops and off-road truck /4wd fleets. Also, spent several years organising and leading food convoys into Southern Sudan through Northern Uganda via Zaire (now D.R.C.).
